We ship your order from our warehouse in Edmonton, Canada. Before we pick your order, our sales team reviews it for accuracy and product compatibility. If we think something seems wrong about your order, we will contact you prior to shipping to ensure everything is correct.
Shipping Costs
- Orders over $250 (before taxes) qualify for free ground shipping across Canada.
- Orders under $250 have a flat-rate ground shipping fee of $20 CAD.
We primarily use Purolator for shipping, and Canada Post as needed.
Express Shipping
1-3 day Express Shipping service is available to most destinations in Canada. Express orders may ship from Edmonton, AB or Mississauga, ON.
- Small orders (1 - 10 Lbs) have a flat-rate express shipping fee of $35 CAD.
- Large orders (10 - 50 lbs) have a flat-rate express shipping fee of $100 CAD.
If a product is out of stock and not available to ship via Express Service, a member of our team will contact you so you aren't over-charged for shipping, and to make alternate shipping arrangements.
Please note, aerosol products, such as RotaFoam Cutting Fluid, are not able to ship Air.
