Returns Policy

We know mistakes can happen. Sometimes you make them, sometimes we make them. We try to make the return process as easy as possible to get you working with the tools you need.

Returns Policy

For any returns, please contact us first on our Request a Return page prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back to us without reaching out to us first.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days. The cost of the item, minus initial shipping costs will be refunded (if you did not qualify for free shipping). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Oh, and you have to have purchased it from us!

Using our Return Mailing Label

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost of shipping deducted from your final refund total. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our ground shipping costs for that item.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.

We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. We also ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet or missing any parts or if the return is past the 30-day return window.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will inspect it to verify any damage, and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

It can be tough picking the right mag drill for your application, and easy to pick the wrong depth cutter! The easiest way to exchange your product is to return your original purchase and re-order the correct item.
